Electrolytic Polisher
1. Power saving. Power efficiency of more than 80%, while
electrolytic polisher with solid state transformer or two-way silicon
controlled transformer has less than 30% power efficiency.
2. Environmentally friendly power grid. Power factor COS φ Of nearly 1, while other machines has COS φ < 1 power factor.
3. Constant current. Adjustable constant current. There are 7 levels:
3A, 3.5A, 4A, 4.5A, 5A, 5.5A, 6A, which can be selected easily. Thanks
to the high constant current accuracy, the working current will not
increase with the temperature of the polishing liquid and the power
grid voltage.
4. Short-circuit protection. Short-circuit protection function, if the
workpiece is in contact with the cathode, the power will be turned off
automatically due to short circuit, which eliminates the need to
replace the fuse tube, and electric components are also protected at
the same time.
5. Genuine separate tank operations. Each tank has separate current
and time settings, operations from both tanks do not interfere with
each other.
6. Program notification. A 5-second notification sound can be heard
after the timer finishes to inform the technicians for next operations,
which increases the working efficiency.
7. Timer. Digital countdown timer with memory. When the main power is
on, reprogramming is not needed which increases its efficiency.
